About Me

I’m a Certified Life Celebrant in Canada and a licensed Marriage Officiant in the Province of Ontario, serving the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Ordained as a Minister by the Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry (CIMM), I specialize in performing wedding ceremonies using a calm, collected and professional approach. Metaphysics recognizes and respects all religions and spiritual paths. I am free to marry couples of all faiths, cultures, or sexual orientation.
Professionally, I am a fundraiser with SickKids Foundation with a background in Project Management (which has helped with keeping couples organized as we plan their ceremony). I volunteer my time with the TELUS Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area Community Board.
I spent the better part of seven years living and working abroad in Qatar and South Africa. I’ve been to at least 25 countries and I intend on travelling to 40 countries by the time I turn 40 (i.e. 15 countries in five years). I also love to cook, play violin and doom scroll on TikTok.
The reason I got into this business was because my friends asked me to “officiate” their wedding. (Think Joey marrying Chandler and Monica on Friends). At the time, I wasn’t licensed, so we did the ceremony anyway and they had a Legal Officiant do the declaration. Months later, another friend said she was eloping and asked me to officiate her wedding. That’s when I decided to get licensed. Officiating is a great side hustle (I mean, what millennial doesn’t have one?). Not only do I get to meet incredible people from all walks of life but I also get to be a part of their special day. It’s important for me to work with the couple in delivering a ceremony that reflects who they are and what they believe in.
